AS-BUILT SURVEYS & PLANS

Step 1 – Project Info & Quote: The first step is to discuss the scope and time-line of your as-built project so a written quote can be prepared. You will need to provide me with the project address, type of building or site, approximate square footage, and any existing plans or drawings of the building and/or site as well as the level of detail you require. For as-built site plans, a current survey plat of the property will be required. Once you have provided this information, I will prepare and submit a written quote for the project.

Step 2 – Data Collection: Once I receive a written notice to proceed, I will schedule a site visit(s). During this visit(s), I will utilize the latest LDM technology and digital photography to measure and document the building and/or site as needed based on the scope and level of detail required. Depending on the size and scope of the project, this can take as little as an hour to several days.

Step 3 – Drafting: After the site visit is complete, I will compile all the site measurements, photos and any existing drawings you may have provided to draft the as-built plans to the level of detail required. Depending on the size and scope of the project, this can take as little as an a couple of hours to several days.

Step 4 – Deliverables: Once I have completed the drafting process, I will send the as-built plans to you in PDF format on Precision Drafting & Design title block. I can also provide a DWG file and a digital photo package if desired.
